We are seeking a proactive, solutions-driven Sales & Operations Success Manager to
own the success of our wholesale partnerships, streamline operations, and drive sales growth. This role will be responsible for supporting the management of wholesale relationships, fielding and nurturing inbound partner inquiries, and assisting in management of operations across our sales tools like SPS commerce and Shopify. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail sales and wholesale operations, and have confidence in selling IDA Sports products and the IDA brand as a whole. You won’t just keep things moving—you’ll identify inefficiencies, implement smart solutions, and push results forward without waiting for instructions. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments, this role is for you.

We are currently only able to support for-credit internships in the US, and on a case by case basis. If you are scrappy, proactive, accountable, and interested in spending a semester supporting IDA, you are welcome to reach out.
