Our youth cleats are designed for the female foot using a girl’s-specific shoe last. GRLSFIT sizing makes it a seamless transition into women’s sizes as she gets older. No unisex size conversions throughout her entire soccer journey!

How are IDA's Youth cleats different from other youth cleats?
IDA Youth cleats feature a wider toe box to better accommodate a growing foot. They also feature a custom stud configuration similar to our women’s specific cleats to better support female biomechanics which includes many short, round studs to optimize traction. Our Girls’ HEELFIT in NextGen incorporates an increased cushion at the heel to provide comfort for all day play whilst also lifting the heel slightly to alleviate strain for growing feet.
Are they safer for my daughter?
While we can never promise to prevent injuries in sports, we can assure you that we design our footwear with the intent to bring more comfort and support to women and girls. Comfort, closely linked with performance, will help them to play at their best!
What size is my daughter in IDA Youth / Girls sizing?
Historically, youth sizing in footwear has been unisex, which within the US footwear sizing system can cause confusion when making the switch to US Women’s sizes. We are excited to be the first in the footwear industry to introduce girls sizing to the IDA footwear range and provide a smooth transition to our WMNSFit footwear.
