Featuring an updated control panel for support and breathability, improved layers in the toe box for a lighter touch, and a specially designed heel shape for enhanced comfort, the IDA Spirit seamlessly blends performance with everyday wearability.

Adaptive Lacing System: Strategically placed and shaped eyelets offer increased lacing options, accommodating wider feet and allowing for a customizable and secure fit.

Enhanced Midfoot Support: The updated control panel along the midfoot provides additional support while enhancing breathability, keeping your feet comfortable and cool during intense play.

Lightweight Touch: Updated material layers in the toe box are designed to be lighter for improved touch and control.

Improved Flexibility: We've added a flex groove on the toe bumper for increased flexibility.

Comfortable Heel Design: Our improved heel shape includes an Achilles dip, reducing pressure on the Achilles tendon.

Designed for Women's Feet: Like all IDA shoes, the IDA Spirit Women's Indoor Soccer Shoe is specially designed for the female foot using a women-specific last.

After each use, clean off any dust or dirt. Use a soft brush or cloth for the upper. If there are stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water and a mild soap solution, but be careful not to saturate the shoes. Do not use strong cleaning agents or solvents that could damage the shoe's materials, especially the upper and any breathable panels.
